Originally from Butembo in Eastern Congo, he studied visual communication at the Académie des Beaux-Arts in Kinshasa, where he has lived and worked ever since. Today he is considered the most famous caricaturist of the Democratic Republic of Congo, and publishes his political drawings in well-known newspapers such as Le Potentiel and Actualité CD in Congo, Le Soir in Belgium or L’Hebdo in Switzerland. Kash has published several comic books since 2004, including “Vanity 1+2” with scenarist André-Paul Duchâteau in 2007 and 2010 at Joker Editions, “Mboté Kinshasa” with Sébastien Maître in 2016 at La Boîte à Bulles, and the auteur comic “Jungle Urbaine” in 2012 at Harmattan.
